Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using Karva ScreenFlow, operated by Karva Technologies Pvt. Ltd. By registering or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

• "Service" — the Karva ScreenFlow digital signage SaaS platform at digital.karvatechnologies.com
• "Company" — Karva Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India
• "Customer" or "You" — the business entity or individual who registers and uses the Service
• "Content" — images, videos, and other media uploaded by the Customer
• "Admin Dashboard" — the web interface for managing slides, groups, and settings
• "Display App" — the Android application used to display content on screens

By creating an account, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the authority to bind your organisation to these terms
• The information you provide during registration is accurate and complete
• You will keep your login credentials confidential and not share them

Karva ScreenFlow is a cloud-based digital signage platform that allows businesses to:

• Upload and manage images and videos as slides
• Organise content into display groups
• Display content on TV screens, tablets, and Android devices via our app
• Configure display settings including branding, ticker, and clock
• View analytics on slide performance

The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Features available depend on your selected plan.

4.1 Plans: We offer Free, Pro, and Business plans as listed on our pricing page. Plan limits (slides, groups, displays) are enforced based on your active subscription.

4.2 Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, as selected at purchase. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes.

4.3 GST: Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 18% is charged on all paid plans. A GST-compliant tax invoice is issued via email after each payment.

4.4 Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details.

4.5 Auto-renewal: Subscriptions do not auto-renew automatically. You must manually renew before the expiry date to continue service.

Due to the digital nature of our service:

• Refunds are not provided for partially used subscription periods
• If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the transaction at admin@karvatechnologies.com
• Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days
• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

We reserve the right to offer refunds at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

If your paid subscription expires:

• Your display screens will stop broadcasting content
• Admin dashboard access is restricted until renewal
• Your content and data are retained for 90 days after expiry
• After 90 days of non-renewal, your account and all data may be permanently deleted
• We will send email reminders 7 days and 1 day before expiry

You agree not to upload or display content that:

• Is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or violates any applicable law
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of any third party
• Contains adult, violent, or hate speech material
• Is misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent
• Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Violates the privacy rights of any individual

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without notice.

8.1 Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to store and display it as part of the Service.

8.2 Our Platform: All intellectual property in the Karva ScreenFlow platform, including software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Karva Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform.

We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the Service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated via email with at least 24 hours notice where possible.

We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers (internet, cloud hosting, CDN), force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Karva Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for:

• Loss of business, revenue, or profits
• Loss of data beyond our 90-day retention commitment
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

By You: You may cancel your account at any time from the admin dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for the remaining period.

By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or any activity that harms the Service or other users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

We encourage resolution of disputes through direct communication before legal action. Please contact us at admin@karvatechnologies.com.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
